Draft terms for review. Storji should have a Texas attorney review the agreement, access suspension rules, fee disclosures, lien procedures, insurance terms, and cancellation requirements before production use.
STORJI STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. Parties and premises. Storji (operator) offers the approved customer the right to use an assigned storage space at its Hillsboro, Texas location. A unit assignment and activation date will be confirmed separately.
2. Storage only. This agreement is for storage space only. The building remains Storji property. No ownership, purchase option, financing, or delivery right is granted.
3. Payment. The selected weekly (every 7 days), bi-weekly (every 14 days), or monthly (every 30 days) rental payment is due as shown in the final account schedule. A one-time $99 activation fee and the initial rental installment are due before activation.
4. Missed payments and reactivation. A first missed payment creates a past-due balance without a reactivation fee. Following two missed scheduled payments, Storji may restrict access only after satisfying applicable legal requirements. A $39 reactivation fee, plus all past-due rental amounts, is payable when restoring access after a lawful suspension, subject to applicable law and the final signed agreement.
5. Permitted use. The space is for lawful storage of permitted personal property only. No residence, business operations, hazardous or flammable materials, illegal goods, perishables, live animals, or other prohibited items.
6. Access and security. Storji will provide approved access procedures after activation. Customer must secure the unit and comply with site rules. Access restrictions and enforcement must comply with applicable law.
7. Property risk and protection. The customer is responsible for evaluating insurance or other property protection. Any limits of operator liability, insurance requirements, or disclaimers must be stated in a final legally reviewed agreement.
8. Cancellation and move-out. Customer must notify Storji, remove all property, and leave the space in acceptable condition. Notice periods, charges, refunds, and disposition of abandoned property will be governed by the final agreement and Texas law.
9. Default and lien rights. Any statutory lien, notices, sale, or disposition of property will follow applicable Texas self-service storage laws; no immediate disposal or lockout is authorized by this preview.
10. Application review. Submitting this form does not constitute approval, guarantee availability, or create an active rental. Storji must approve the application and confirm the final agreement and payment before activation.
